About Me

Hello! I’m Mia Cozzarelli, a second-year Master of Social Work student at the University of Texas at Arlington. I currently serve as an intern therapist at Inspired Practice LLC, where I am under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Vasquez, PhD, LCSW-S.

My previous experiences as a young adult has inspired to me help others who are on a similar path. This stage of life can feel very overwhelming filled with questions, transitions, and pressure to have it all figured out. However, I am here through each step of the way and that support, self-understanding, and even small steps forward can make a meaningful difference.

I take inspiration from the balance found in nature — steady like the hills, flowing like water — and aim to help clients build that same balance and resilience within. Whether you're facing a difficult moment or seeking clarity and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and respect.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find me enjoying the beauty of the Hill Country, spending time with loved ones, or finding calm through movement and creativity.
